Wellbeing Resources

At UBAFC, we pride ourselves on the positive atmosphere we have created. The welcoming environment we have at the club aims to help members enjoy their time playing football for the university whilst they build friendships with other players, make long-lasting memories and stay healthy in the process.

With this in mind, the club is also committed to ensuring its players enjoy good levels of wellbeing. The attached information below collates a number of resources detailing ways to stay happy and healthy, resources regarding young people’s mental health and explanations about why individuals may feel stressed.

Please read the resources below and take in the information; every single one of us must look out for ourselves just as we would look out for our friends and those we care about.

For specific advice on how to maintain wellbeing during the COVID-19 era, follow the link just below to an article discussing this with social distancing measures in mind…

Look after yourselves and those around you; if you ever want to talk about your wellbeing, feel free to drop any of the current committee, team captains or senior players a message – the club is here to help.
