Result: 6-1 win vs Bath 2s.
The first team faced Bath 2s who were a well organised team. They dominated possession and had the better chances at first – eventually breaking the deadlock with a superb strike from outside the box finding the top corner. However, despite not playing well a moment of magic from Pagano to pick out Femiola drew us level, going in 1-1 at the break. After an inspirational team talk, we came out firing and after a high press from Gale forcing an error, Haire capitalised from outside the box putting it into the bottom left corner. From here on we played some delightful football. Hinks bagged a brace through a half volley and a one-on-one followed by a superb goal for Jasper and a tap in for Gabe. The score line finished 6-1 in what turned out to be a very convincing win. MOTM was Hinks who had a superb game, scoring two and creating chances all match. Special mention to Pagano who also had a very good game on the wing. Finally, a big thank you to everyone who came down to watch – your support is greatly appreciated!

So todayyyy Bristol 3s hosted Bristol 2s which the pundits had tipped as a clash of Titans. Sadly, this was not the case as the 2s team were rattled early doors by the famous pin and roll. A big moment early on where Tully had a moment of madness where he attempted to catch a ball going out of play whislt he was on a yellow. Solly dropped from the 2s then proceeded to gift the 2s a penalty which Sir Adam Blades had the pleasure of taking on. This would’ve put them on the front foot, but in what summed up the twos performance the shot was saved by our keeper. We go in 0-0 at half time where Tully attempts a rousing speech but is overshadowed by the arrival of King Tyers who rallies the troops. We start the half strong and after an early miss by blades we go down the other end and dann Sutton whips in a in swinging Cross which is headed in for an OG by I run Farr, Sutton rifles in a free kick to make it 2-0. Solly, clearly on a mission gives away another penalty which is tucked away calmly by Akim. After having a headloss all day Harley has his first smile of the day finally for it to be wiped off 2 minutes later when no other but Tully gets an easy tap in at the back post when Solly beats 3 men to set him up. Game ends 3-1 to the 3s. #Thethreesaregoingup

Result: 3-0 win vs Swansea 3s.
The 4s were at home on the 4G at Almonsbury. We started strong and looked the better side, keeping possession well but also looking dangerous on the break. Nic started his first game for us upfront and looked threatening from the outset, winning a penalty and converting himself for the first goal. George Jp then scored a brilliant solo goal for our second. Nic then added a third in the second half with a flick on from a great Xander cross. A great win and performance that ended 3-0 to us. MOTM was Will Macphee who didn’t put a foot wrong at right back.

Result: 5-0 win vs Gloucester 2s.
We had Gloucester 2’s on the beautiful pitch that is Slopey. After the poor start in our first fixture, we had to bounce back. We dominated all game, our defence was extremely solid. Midfield dictated the pace of the game and the front 3 all scored. The game finished 5-0 win to Bristol and our goal scorers were, Jack O’Carroll, Will Kernot, Duro Adebayo, Rohan Hobbs and Ted James. We had 2 man of the matches, Tom Cox for being watertight at the back and Tom Brunnock for running the show in midfield. Unreal performance from the boys and hopefully we can keep this momentum into the next game.
